Shipping & Order Tracking

Party.my use KLACH, GDEX and City-Link Express for deliveries. We will make every effort to process and deliver your order quickly and within the stipulated time, but please note that given times are estimates and not guarantees.

Peninsular Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days
East Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for either redelivery or own collection.

You can track the status of your order via the carrier’s delivery tracking system.

In order to track your delivery, you would need the following information:

  1. Consignment number (provided in Payment Receipt email)
  2. Courier Service Provider (provided in Payment Receipt email)

City-Link Express Courier Consignment Tracking:

Call City-Link Express Courier Customer Hotline at 03-5033 3800 with your consignment number details. Alternatively, you could track your orders online at http://www.citylinkexpress.com/MY/Tracking.aspx
